Scrambled

Chicken co-op game, also includes eggs!

Scrambled is a short obstacle course co-operative race game where 2 to 4 players work together to bring an egg to the end of the course!

Scrambled was made in roughly 32 hours and won 2nd place at the Ukie #raisethegamejam.

My team was led by Guy Sargent and mentored by Leon Field, and included such colleagues as Ástráður Lárusson or Harriet Galilee.
The theme for that year's Ukie gamejam was "Diversity and Inclusivity", so we decided to make a game that was as accessible as possible, with extremely simplified controls.

I was responsible for implementing the co-op system, as I was still fresh from working on the one for Project Robotto: Hack + S.L.A.S.H when the game jam happened.

I also implemented the sound effect system, which included an Untitled Goose Game-inspired "Squawk" button and going around to each team member and recording them doing chicken noises into my phone!
